LeaseCon+TurnCon brings together student housing professionals to discuss the trends and innovations around the sector's unique leasing cycle and the annual make-ready season known as "Turn." The early December time frame of the conference is a perfect time for attendees to discuss how the fall renewal and early pre-leasing drive has progressed and how to prepare for summer Turn.
Eligibility & Timeline

Current position must be site-level property manager, maintenance supervisor, and/or portfolio/regional support

Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the student housing industry (by December 8, 2025

Must either be nominated by a colleague or provide a letter of recommendation for a colleague or industry peer

Applications (including letters of recommendation) must be submitted by October 1st.
