SHI Scholarship Application
The scholarship includes round-trip airfare or a $500 Visa Gift Card, up to a 2-night stay at Hilton Uptown Charlotte (Approximate Value: $500), and a Registration fee (Approximate Value: $600). Recipients will be announced no later than October 30th.
Applicants' Eligibility & Deadlines

Current position must be site-level property manager, maintenance supervisor, and/or portfolio/regional support

Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the student housing industry (by December 8, 2025

Must either be nominated by a colleague or provide a letter of recommendation for a colleague or industry peer
