Jourdan has been involved in student housing new development lease ups for over 15 years. She’s worked for some of the most forward-thinking developers and put together strategies to lease-up those properties by disrupting the status quo.
Jourdan’s career started with Campus Crest where she worked as a Leasing Manager, General Manager and Area Sales Manager. She then moved into a role with Monarch Ventures where she oversaw the lease-up for all their new properties working closely with the development and construction team to ensure a great product market fit.
She joined CA Ventures in June of 2015 and has continued to provide value to all our new development clients. As Director of New Development, she has achieved results that speak for themselves. Our new developments lead their markets and stabilize with ease.
Chelsey Harper stumbled into the world of student housing while attending school at NC State University. Since her start in 2007, Chelsey has held many roles from leasing agent, assistant manager, property manager and since 2016, has been a regional manager with The Preiss Company.
Chelsey's passion and drive for the leasing and marketing side of the business has allowed her to gain unparalleled experience with new developments and lease-ups in both TPCO owned assets and for third party clients. Since 2016, Chelsey has brought life to 5 new assets in markets such as Greenville, NC, Rock Hill, SC and Clemson, SC. Each of these assets successfully leased up in year one.
Many say she is the true definition of a "fixer".
Jessica has spent the past 10 years within the Student and Multifamily sectors, managing New Development and Stabilized assets. She has held numerous positions with her longest tenure in the Regional Marketing Director / Regional Leasing & Training Director capacity overseeing a multimillion-dollar portfolio averaging 15 sites nationwide.
In Jessica's current role as Director of New Development Marketing she is responsible for overseeing the division's daily operational activities while leading the corporate regional team including their individual portfolios and assisting with business development client relations.
Jessica is originally from Orange County, California where she studied Marketing in Los Angeles at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She currently resides in Colorado with her family. Jessica has been a member of the UN Foundation (unfoundation.org) in the Denver Metro chapter for the past 4 years.
Victoria Enchill is the founder of Enchill and Empower Property Management Consulting. With over 10 years of experience in the student housing industry, she has successfully leased up over 75 properties, over 10,000 beds, and has gained over $500 million dollars in revenue for her clients across the US. She singlehandedly orchestrated the success of her first company, Enchill PMC, which ultimately made it a million-dollar business prior to co-creating Empower PMC. Victoria Enchill has been recognized by industry leaders everywhere for her extraordinary commitment to the success of each lease up.
In addition to her primary job functions as a property management consultant, Victoria Enchill is also a senior partner at V&E Construction. She has been recognized by the National Association of Women in Construction for her extraordinary commitment to growing women in construction.
Driven by success and her any means necessary attitude, she takes pride in providing the best results possible in multiplying leasing velocities and empowering team members across the industry.
Adam began his career in student housing during 2006 as a Community Assistant while attending The University of Tennessee. During his last semester at UT, he joined Landmark in 2010 as a CA for The Retreat at Knoxville. Upon receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Adam transitioned to a full-time position as The Retreat's Leasing & Marketing Manager. Adam eventually moved to Operations Manager, then Community Manager at The Retreat.
Adam began working with new lease-ups during the fall of 2013 at Landmark's first urban infill project, The Standard Athens. Since then, Adam has been the Sales & Marketing Manager for The Standard St. Louis, The Standard Knoxville, and The Mark Athens. Now based out of the corporate office in Athens, Adam continues to work with Landmark's new construction projects as a Directory of Sales & Marketing.
